Queen of Peace Elementary School is proud, once again, this year, to display its penmanship in the front hallway of our school. Each month, Miss Terri sends a poem or a Bible verse or words to a song to each class from Grades 3 to 8. The students are asked to copy this prompt in their very best handwriting.

Then, all papers are returned to Miss Terri on the First Friday of each month. She goes through all of this work looking for consistent flow, limit of erasures and correct spelling, good spacing and formation of all letters and use of the proper school heading. One paper is chosen to represent that class and is placed on display in our main hallway for the month. The student receives a special certificate of recognition.
