My name is Mrs. Kathleen St. Germain. I live in North Arlington with my husband Paul and two of my three children Megan (24 years old) and Matthew (22 years old) .My oldest Kristen (25 years old) was recently married. My children and I are all alumni of Queen of Peace Elementary School and High School. My husband is also an alumnus of Queen of Peace High School. I am a graduate of Jersey City State College with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Elementary Education.

I have been employed at QP for 14 years. This is my ninth year teaching 8^th grade. Prior to teaching the 8^th grade I taught Pre K 3 and 2^nd grade. I understand that your child comes to me with unique experiences, interests and learning styles. My goal is to truly know your child well and use this knowledge to guide, support and motivate him or her. I believe that good teaching requires continual professional development, personal reflection and collaboration I value parent involvement at every level and encourage you to partner with me to give your child the most powerful learning experience possible.
