The Student Council is once again holding their annual food drive for needy families during this Thanksgiving season. We are asking the students to bring in the assigned food items for their class. This will make it possible to create a Thanksgiving meal with all of the trimmings for each family.
The Queen of Peace Food Pantry is desperately low on supplies and there are even more families in need during this pandemic. We are asking for a $5 donation for the Tag Day on Friday, November 20th. This will help make up for the students not in the building that would normally participate in both the food and tag day donations.
The proceeds from the Tag Day will be used to purchase additional food for the baskets and Shop Rite gift cards so the families can purchase a turkey.
Gift cards from local supermarkets can also be donated. Whatever you can do this holiday season to help out our Queen of Peace Community would be greatly appreciated.
